Private Sessions

Private sessions are the best way to accelerate your learning to get the most out of your exercise program. Regardless of your age or fitness level, a personalized program based on your goals, physical limitations or injuries will be created.

For optimum results, we recommend you commit to a regular practice of at least two to three times per week in a private, semi-private, small group or home setting. Our instructors will help you determine the best plan to meet your goals.

Semi-Private (Duet) Sessions

With semi-private (duet) sessions you and a partner practice together. Semi-privates are a good way to get personalized sessions and working with a partner can increase motivation and fun.

As with all scheduled appointments, please allow a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice or there will be a full-service charge.
